Hey, since im going back to school soon and i recently cancelled my Lotro account, i noticed that some of u have been playing wow and was concidering reactivating my account. So i was wondering what server u guys where playing on. I kinda wanna start completly from the beginning so any information on where u guys are playing would be great. Thanks.

I'll hop back in a bit before Cataclysm. Do we have a release date on it btw?

The prediction is November because it seems like Blizzard is hinting at this year, thats what they did for Burning Crusade and Lich King and its right after BlizzCon.

i'm probably gonna get cataclysm, but do we know yet if we need all the expansions from Classic to Lich King or can we just buy Cataclysm?

Not sure, but I probably won't even buy Cataclysm, I'll just resub and reap all the benefits (I don't have any expansion packs at all - but I've never gotten past lvl 35 )

An important distinction needs to be made. The game world will be changing whether or not you own Cataclysm. However you have to buy the expansion and all the previous ones to gain access to the level 80-85 and new endgame content along with the ability to play the goblin and worgen races.

I'm probably going to buy Cataclysm also... But I'm not sure about which realm I'll play on. I've sorta got a prior arrangement with a guild I helped start a few years back on Trollbane. It's pretty small but everyones family

Right now were not playing, most i think are waiting for cataclysm
